On the same day you book your appointment, I will email a couple of checklists that I highly recommend sharing with your clients or occupants to help prepare the home for our session. These checklists are essential in ensuring the property is photo-ready, allowing me to capture the best possible images that highlight the home’s features and create a more appealing presentation for potential buyers.

02 - High-Quality Flambient

Edited to achieve a flambient-style finish, each photo combines multiple exposures to produce vibrant, true-to-life images with balanced lighting. This technique enhances both bright and shadowed areas—showcasing each space in its best light without the need for flash.

03 - Professional Editing

All editing is done in-house, ensuring complete control over the quality of your photos. Each image is carefully examined and enhanced, with adjustments for colour correction, brightening dark areas, and removing imperfections such as pins, marks, or scuffs on walls. I also enhance the natural beauty of the skies, resulting in polished, vibrant photos that showcase your property at its best.

04 - Virtual Sunset Photos

An optional add-on that transforms two of your daytime images into stunning twilight shots without needing an additional appointment. I’ll convert the images to night, adding artificial lighting to brighten the home and incorporating a beautiful sunset, creating an inviting and warm atmosphere that enhances the property’s appeal.
